Vegan Pumpkin Spiced Hot Chocolate
The perfect drink for autumn, a warm aromatic cup of hot coco! Nothing more perfect.

Ingredients
- 900 ml oat milk (barista)
- 125 g 70% dark chocolate (grated or chopped finely)
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar (or more if preferred)
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
- 0.25 tsp ginger powder
- pinch of nutmeg powder
- pinch of clove powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan warm together the milk, spices, pumpkin puree, sugar and vanilla until combined.
- Once on a low simmer add the chocolate and mix until completely melted.
- Serve up with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
