Dan Dan Noodles
A noodle dish originating in Sichuan City, packed with a whole lot spice and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp chilli garlic oil
- 4 tbsp roasted sesame paste
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp chinese black vinegar
- 1.5 tsp grounded sichuan peppercorn
- 15 tbsp hot vegetable stock
- 4 servings of cooked noodles (60g) wheat noodles
- 16 leaves of pak choi blanched and tossed in 1 tbso of chilli oil
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together the oil, sesame paste, soy sauce and vinegar
- Next add the hot broth and grounded peppercorn
- split the sauce in 4 bowls
- Add a serving of hot noodles and pak choi into each bowl.
- Mix together and it's ready to eat
