3 Ingredient Chocolate Ice Cream
A really quick and easy way to whip up chocolate ice cream without a ice cream maker. Perfect for all year round. It can take up to 8 to 12 hours for the ice cream to completely freeze solid.
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 500 ml plant based double cream
- 275 ml vegan condensed milk
- 175 g thinly shredded 70% dark chocolate
Instructions
- Heat the cream until hot ensure it does not boil and then pour over shredded chocolate.
- Now cool the mixture at room temperature and then in the fridge to bring the temperature down.
- Once completely cold, whip mixture using a electric whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the condensed milk.
- Pour into a freezer proof container and freeze until solid.
- Thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
